The following terms and conditions apply to all suppliers providing product or services to Zeus Aero Group. Acceptance of a purchase order constitutes acceptance of these requirements.
The supplier shall maintain a Quality Management System.
In the event of quality or on-time delivery performance issues, Zeus Aero Group may initiate corrective action.
The supplier shall notify Zeus Aero Group:
The supplier shall flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements, including customer requirements and Zeus Aero Group's specific requirements.
The supplier shall use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (special processes).
The supplier shall allow the right of access by Zeus Aero Group, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, and any level of the supply chain involved in the order and to all applicable records.
The supplier shall provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable.
Suppliers are responsible for retention and protection of product records, indicating quality acceptance and traceability of product for 10 years and will contact Zeus Aero Group upon disposition of records for direction.
The supplier shall prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts.
The supplier shall ensure that persons are aware of: their contribution to product or service conformity, product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
